Can I join? I am a yo-yo as well. I did fantastic for our summer vacation 2 septembers ago. Got to a size 8 (160ish) had a blast, ate too much & never returned to MFP once we got home. I was doing really well there for a while, but then the pounds started coming back.
I have another vacation in March. Not the summer, but my mid-way mark & would like to be back to 160 by then. Then can stick to it after vacation & get down to my goal of 135.

Hi all, I’m in!!!!
Started back on here properly last Wednesday (2nd Jan ’13) I have decided that 2013 is the year to get slimmer and tone up, first week has been fairly good – 5lbs off so far and not struggled at all with food or being on the 1200 cals.
Starting weight was; 196lbs (14st)
Goal weight by end of April; 176lbs (12st 8lbs)
And by June; 168lbs (12st)
I have joined the gym had my induction and this evening is my first class – Fat Attack (Sounds hardcore doesn’t it lol)

I have a goal I want to acheive by february for a holiday then which is;
