20lbs plus to lose, 5 foot 2, looking for friends/support!

Hi everyone
I have been on here for a while. I'm really looking for people who are around the same loss goal as me, im a shortie too so anyone welcome! Really would just be nice to get some support and tips on how y'all are getting on, I know january is always tough after the christmas period. I've been quite ill as well so always keen to find new recipes meal plans etc.
Any advice would be great, please add if you like

Hi there - I am 5' 2" and have lost 25 lbs!!! I am 53 yrs old and finally realized that I needed to stop thinking about losing and do it. Now the hardest part is keeping it off. Seems when I finally just stopped eating all sweets, carbs etc. and exercised the weight came off. It was easy to lose as you had a goal and just said "NO"!! Now what.... I am afraid to eat too much and use the food guide. I exercise and track everything. I eat 1200 cal/day and have kept it off for 5 months. It is hard. I think about it all the time. I weigh myself every morning and don't get upset about a 3 lb swing (yes it happens).
Just remember "Nothing tastes as good as feeling thin"!!!!0 -
Hi All, this is my first post! I'm, 21, just about 5'1 and currently 124lbs. I want to get down to 105lbs. Looking for a friendly community for support and encouragement who can share and tips and tales with me. Please feel free to add me!
p.s please don't judge the low calorie week I'm having - got a very tight fitting costume to get into by the end of this week for a party! Will be back up to the 1200 calorie per day mark once it's over.
