Hey guys!
I'm Jacqui, and I'm looking for some like minded friends :-) I am 5'5 & a HALF (yes, it really does matter haha!), and am currently 58.4 kilograms, down from 63. Looking to loose 2 more kilograms, and begin toning up.
I am doing this the PROPER way - no quick fixes or fad diets here! I am on the path of a long, gruelling, but oh-so rewarding journey. I am committed to exercise, and to eating the way my body needs me to.
Otherwise? I live in Africa, on a game reserve that my partner manages. We also run our own safari specialist company :-)

wow! are you really 58kg? you look much smaller in your profile pic!! i have the exact same measurements as you. i'm looking to lose 2kg too but have not gotten anywhere with that despite all my efforts. i am weight training, circuit training, doing minimal cardio and eating at a reasonable deficit. however, i have toned up considerable since i've been on MFP. lots of muscle definition popping up everywhere on my body.

Hi I'm 5'5" currently about 60.75kg 134pounds (mfp sw around 67kg) looking to drop another 4kg/9pounds, I eat above BMR (usually net 1600 average over the course of a week) and am now looking to start doing some toning to perk up my *kitten* and flatten out my gut ;P feel free to add, I'd love to steal some toning ideas ;P0

I'm 5'5.75" LOL and 140lbs I want to get to 130....maybe 125lbs....depending on how I look and if it's hard for me to maintain. I'm a pear shape so the majority of my fat is well all over my legs...shins knees calves thighs hips...grosse! I want it off. Feel free to friend me! African safari's sound awesome btw!0

I'm 5'6 and 140lbs, and I'm probably going to aim to get to about 125lbs. But i'm really struggling to get motivated! Do you guys have any advice? x0

I"m also 5'6" and 140 pounds! I think that's 63 kg. I'm looking to get down to somewhere between 130 to 135 pounds. Those last five pounds are always so hard to get rid of!0

I'm 5'6" too and currently weight 160 - sigh. my goal right now is to get to 145 and see how I feel. I have a pear shape too and everything is stuck below my waist! lol. What's everyone else doing to get the weight off? I'm been trying to boost cardio, and strength train and do ballet once a week.0

I'm 5'5" and 205. Looking to get down to 145 :] I used to be 225. But I started working and lost track of working out. I also struggle with bipolar when I am off meds, which I am right now. So I'm gonna try and use exercise and my mood stabilizer this year! Yay!0

Hi! I'm 29, 5'6 and between 140-142. Highest weight was 165 in 2011. I would like to be 130-135.
I share a trainer 2x week for an hour and we combine strength training and conditioning.
I go to school 2 nights a week work full time. My goal is to get to the gym 4 days a week. I try to take a group class on Friday evening with my sister but it isn't always easy to get to it!

I'm 5'5.5" also. (The half inch REALLY does matter lol) and I weigh 140. I want to get down to 130 OR just be happy with the way my body looks. If I see some muscle tone and look better but weigh the same I'd still be happy. Your life seems pretty awesome btw.0

currently at 175 lbs and working towards 140-145lbs.
My daily goal is 1620 calories, but find it challenging to do it. I find myself always hungry even though 1620 seems a lot of food. How do you guys manage to deal with your daily caloric goal?

I'm 5'5 3/4" and about 149lbs. I'm aiming to be between 127-132.
Today will be the 7th day of level 1 of the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. It's a butt kicker, but I felt a significant difference in my endurance yesterday! Is anyone else doing this?

Hello. I am also 5'5 and half! Lol because I always say that. I am just starting out on mfp and could use some motivation. I am currently at 138lbs and hope to get back down to around 122lbs. I have a serious passion for creating and trying new delicious foods so it makes it difficult to loose! But my biggest issue is motivating myself to workout. I don't live near a gym and have 4 kids that keep me busy :P What is everyone doing as far as exercise?0

5'5 138 pounds...but I was 133 before finals and before christmas...hhahaha
I would love to be 125 pounds by end of may! But I want to stay that way forever then - so I don't mind taking longer if I do it the right way.
