Hi everyone, i'm new to Myfitnesspal, i have been doing this since monday, and i weighed myself this morning and i seem to have lost 4lbs i'm sure this isn't possible??? anyone know any different?

You very well MIGHT have lost that amount already. It's most likely water weight, which WILL give you a good amount lost right in the beginning. Believe me, I WISH it STAYED that good for the other weeks too, but, unfortunately, it doesn't! :noway: :laugh:0 -
Thanx for your reply, yes, i'm sure it is water weight, but i'm glad that it happens in the first weeks at least it will give me some motivation to keep going. :happy:0
