Some days I can just eat everything in site but here is a easy recipe that normally can fill me up and by my standards is a pretty clean meal.
Ingredients:
Simply Potatoes - Shredded Hash Browns(half bag)
Onions - Raw, 0.75 cup, chopped
Serrano - Chile Pepper, Raw, 1 chiles
Sargento - Aged Swiss Deli Style, 2 slice
Earthbound Farm - Organic Baby Spinach, 1 cup
Liquid Egg Whites- 9 TBS
Black ground pepper
Directions:
Empty half a bag of Simply potatoes into non stick cooking pan.
Chop up onions and Serrano pepper and add to potatoes.
Sprinkle on black pepper
Cook on stove at medium heat until brown.
Add spinach, egg whites, and Swiss cheese on top
Cover with lid for a minute or until cheese melts.
Enjoy.
Calories:522 Carbs: 70g Fat 10g protein 31g Cholest 30 mg
Sodium 526 Sugar 5g Fiber 10g
**** Note this is just a simple meal, but I like it because it is easy to adjust. If I need more fat in my diet for the day I will cook this with olive oil or add a egg. If I need more protein i will add more egg whites. I also add some very low sodium hot sauce to this on occasion for extra flavor. Well I am bored off work so figured I would share this easy meal that I make on a regular basis.****

Best guess from me would be about half of 1/3 to 1/2 of a normal size onion.0 -
