Hello my name is michael,im 27 years old and a father to 2 girls. Over the last month i had been receiving compliments about my weight,people asking and telling me i lost weight but i didnt beleive them. So i decided to weigh myself, the last time i weighed myself wasthe 10th of december so on the 7th of jan i decided to weigh myself and to my delight i had lost 18lbs. This has given me a major boost to keep losing the weight. Im full of confidence at the moment and looking forward to keeping track of my food intake and exercise on here. PMA
