so the first pic is me a couple of years back, and the 2nd was not so long back, Ive yo-yoed alot inbetween but I think im finally back on the wagon, got a ways to go yet though

feel free to add me :bigsmile: , like I say I have yo-yoed due to injury, and fear of re injury an a little bit of laziness thrown in, but hopefully im kicking some bad habits in to touch so will manage to stay a healthy size and weight.0

It is ALWAYS inspiring to see such transformations. The yo-yo thing happens as well as other things, but this is really about changing who we are mentally as well as physically so as long as we're working toward our goals, we are being successful. Thank you for sharing! (wow, I didn't mean to get all philosophical there...)0

You are totally right I find the mental thing the hardest, when I was running miles and miles daily training for whichever half marathon I was doing I could eat a lot more and kinda didn't think when I was out injured and sat on my bum all day "hey I cant eat that much Im not gonna burn it off" lol now I'm getting my mind around things I'm finding other things easier0
