Hello out there, I am ready for 2013 to be a year of change! I have battled my weight ever since I was 10, which is over 40 years now (ouch), and I'm ready for this to be the last time. I am working on new food habits initially, and then will add some exercise in after I get the hang of my new food plan. I have a very long commute and a sedentary job, and know that both food and exercise will be important in my journey, but I just want to give myself a little time to adjust to logging in every day before adding the exercise component. MFP support will be an added and necessary plus for me. I'm looking forward to meeting you all and working toward our goals together!
