I could really use some motivation and support....I'm tracking calories to the tee, leaving some on the table at the end of the day, exercising every day but not losing a single pound. What up?

Don't give up! A drastic change in your lifestyle will cause you to quit dieting and working out. Make small changes at first (no snacks, walk every other day, etc).0

Two things could be going on the first is medical and that is you may have issues with your thyroid gland, but if that is all good then you may be at a platoe or wall. If that is the case change your diet add more fruits and veggies more healthy grians, just change anything your eating on a regular basis and replace it with a new healthy thing. Change your workout routine try more strength training less cardio....different videos...tae bo, insanity...Your body gets used to the same old same old which can slow or stop weight loss so change it up even changing when you workout can help bust you through and rev up your body agian!0
