Anyone trying to GAIN weight?

I'd like to lose some fat and gain muscle. From about 175 to about 185..but again, lose the fat, gain it back in muscle.

    Up your daily caloric needs it takes for you to sustain body weight by 500. Eat clean foods though, you don't want a dirty bulk. If you slow bulk you'll keep the fat off some, but you have to understand you need to gain fat to build muscle, which is why its hard to gain muscle and lose weight. Good luck!
