I am confused as I have read different opinions! I am aiming to loose 20lb, my calories goal is 1200 calories per day! With my exercising cross trainer twice a week and swimming four times, these days I'm left with a massive calorie deficit. Swimming is burning up upto 700 calories should I eat these back? I don't feel hungry and I eat upto my 1200! Surely by replacing them it would be easier just not working out? Confused.com

If you're following the MFP system, then yes. If you're not...up to you.0

if on mfp..yes eat them back..some only do half.. put "eating back exercise calories" in the search function of the forum and you'll see many opinions on this. I also like reading the success forums and look to see how the successful folks have done it.0
