Weight fluctuates -.-

Sooo, I check my weight basically everyday when I go to the gym, it usually goes up and down,1-3 pounds, but these past 2 days that I weighed myself it says I gained about 4 pounds over a weekend. I know I did not each THAT much, at most 2,000 calories on a Saturday, but what gives? >.< How long does weight usually go up and down for? Usually I weigh myself after I have had my breakfast and lunch, because the scale is at the gym. I'll be buying my own later this week so I can check first thing in the morning before any food. Are there certain foods that make you bloated?

forever, until you die. after death it goes down only, as you decompose.

Mine goes up and down by 4-5lbs through the week.

Just weigh yourself once a week, at the same time. Monday morning, straight out of bed, is my lowest weight for the week for some reason, so I just weigh then.

Sodium, poop, retaining water... really a million little things. Don't weigh yourself everyday if it bugs you. We fluctuate by up to 10lbs a day.

I would stop weighing yourself every day.

Mine can change as much as 5lbs in a day, or even from the morning to evening. It will drive you insane if you weigh every single day.
