  • This is a challenge that I have set for my family. I have done WW, but I just need th tracking and encourage, this is free as well. Best of lick. My goal is 30lbs for now, much more to go

    I'm on my second go around. I lost 40 pounds in 2011...then in 2012 a lot of changes happened (moved to a new city, new job...and a ton of other excuses). This time no more excuses and time to kick butt!
