    I started mfp at the end of this past june at 234 lbs at my heaviest I was 295 lbs today I am at 180 lbs :) Here are my progress pics so far. (This is my first time posting pics I hope it works)

    Well done! Thank you so much for sharing. I can't get over how much you have changed your body shape in just such a short amount of time. That is truly incredible, and a real reflection of your strength and determination. I love the confidence in your smile at 180lbs - it is just so beautiful. Really like your haircut, and the way that you look completely comfortable and relaxed now.

    Good luck for 2013, and please let us know you go in another six months' time. The strength you have applied to yourself can only get stronger, and it is already a huge part of who you are now. Bet you have a heap more confidence in every part of your world, now.
