Hi guys. I really need some advice. I have been dieting for the past 3 to 4 months and have dropped 37 pounds. I am currently male, 5'4 and 115 pounds. I still have some loose flab around my stomach area covering my abs (getting abs was my goal to begin with). I definitely don't want to lose any more weight since ill end up being like 90 pounds. I want to lose only fat around my abdominal area. Is there anything I can do guys? will I have to put on some weight in muscle and burn off the fat? any advice will be extremely appreciated. thanks so much for your time.

Check out http://www.stronglifts.com
This is a great program to gain some muscle and loose body fat.
I have been doing this program for the last year (on and off), and it has helped my physique greatly.0 -
I'm relieved to hear that you don't want to lose anymore weight! 37 lbs in 3-4 months is really rapid IMO. I think your instincts are probably right, eat more, build muscle. Maybe try and forget about your scale and instead set fitness goals. Eat clean, eat lots, work out/lift, when you treat your body well the aesthetics (how you look) will match. I like Scooby Workshop, there's a lot of practical/helpful information but it's also framed in a very positive, motivating context.0

Eat at maintenance and lift heavy. It is pointless to cut and uncover muscle when obviously you do not have enough muscle mass. I am 4'11" and 123 pounds and I am a girl.0

Lift weights - check out StrongLifts 5 x 5. Work out what your TDEE (maintenance) should be and increase your calories to that - stay there for a month or two, and then eat at a slight surplus (250 - 350)0

Pretty much. Try eating at your TDEE for a while, then switch to 10% over and see how that goes.0 -

You cannot spot reduce fat outside of surgical procedures. That being said, your best bet is to reduce your overall bodyfat%.
Add in an excercise/weightlifting program (yes, women should lift weights too) and you will make great progress.0
