    Hello! I've had myfitnesspal for about 2 years now, HOWEVER I have just really started using it for the last week. I've logged in everyday and used the food diary. I have been over weight for quite a few years since I've had my kids and believe that I am finally ready to make a change in my lifestyle to become healthier. Any friends or encouragement are welcome. I'm sure I'm going to need all the help and motivation that I can get!
