A picture a week/month

Do you take a weekly/monthly photo of yourself to give you a visual once you've lost all your weight? I am thinking of documenting my progress.

  • This sounds like an awesome idea; Cameras don't lie, lol. You can see the areas improved and what other areas need improvement. I think you will see better results monthly.
