‎Hey everyone...just wanted to stop buy and spread some motivation. I never would have thought that I would be able to lose 65 pounds, without “dieting” and eating whatever I want! My mind was programmed to the “all or nothing” way of thinking. I was either ON a diet or OFF a diet…no in between. Friday, July 22, 2011 my life changed forever. I woke up DONE with what I had been doing and was NOT going to wait until “Monday” to start ANOTHER DIET! I began tracking EVERYTHING I ate…good or bad and working out 5-6 days a week. Today, I have LOST 65 pounds and GAINED so much more than weight-loss. I went from struggling to jog a minute to RUNNING a marathon! I'm currently training for my 2nd marathon and my 1st triathlon. NO scale or clothing size can give me this feeling. There’s nothing like becoming FIT!" I know it gets hard but don't quit...you WILL get there!     thank you for posting your story and reminding me why I started. I had given up on myself once again after dropping 70lbs a year ago. People may wonder how anyone can stop if something is working. I just have so much to lose and I let life get in my way again. I once again decided on December 31, 2012 to start my journey again. I know this works I just have to go at it again. Once again thank you for your story.
