Hi!

Hello, here's a student who wants to lose about 40 Ibs. Even writing it makes me scary and it seems too hard to do :( I've discovered this site yesterday but I'm not sure what to do, I think I need some motivation. I don't know, does doing it with friends work? Noone around me is interested in sports (I'm from Turkey so believe me people here don't like doing sports) so I don't know how to get motivated. I get ready, first 3 hours I really feel like I can do it, but then I see something sweet and feel tired so I don't burn calories + I gain them. I want to learn how to live healthily, and maybe some motivation, can anybody help me?

  • You have to want to do it for YOURSELF! Ive been down the road before, we all have. I am an ovarian cancer survivor and be damned if I'm going to get diabetes! Its a long struggle, weight loss isnt easy, but you have to stay motivated. I have more online friends then real ones who are helpful with weight loss. Anything I can do to help, I will!
