Hello, here's a student who wants to lose about 40 Ibs. Even writing it makes me scary and it seems too hard to do I've discovered this site yesterday but I'm not sure what to do, I think I need some motivation. I don't know, does doing it with friends work? Noone around me is interested in sports (I'm from Turkey so believe me people here don't like doing sports) so I don't know how to get motivated. I get ready, first 3 hours I really feel like I can do it, but then I see something sweet and feel tired so I don't burn calories + I gain them. I want to learn how to live healthily, and maybe some motivation, can anybody help me?

You have to want to do it for YOURSELF! Ive been down the road before, we all have. I am an ovarian cancer survivor and be damned if I'm going to get diabetes! Its a long struggle, weight loss isnt easy, but you have to stay motivated. I have more online friends then real ones who are helpful with weight loss. Anything I can do to help, I will!
