Hello! I gave birth to my third child 2 months ago and my abs have all but disappeared. Can you recommend some gentle moves to get back on track? I cannot do a single sit-up!

Crunches. Scissor kicks. Planks. These will strengthen your muscles but diet is the key to removing the fat, until the fat is gone you won't see the muscle.

Abs are all down to body fat levels so a clean diet and exercise is the key

^^ This is all true. I had a baby and gained 72 pounds. (This was 5 years ago though! ) and afterward everything I looked at my belly I was like "what am I going to do with this!!?"

I started with improving my diet - slowly the fat came off :) Then, after I was all healed up, I began slowly working into core exercises.

Keep in mind that it will be difficult at first, but you can do it :)

Thanks. I don't really care for a flat stomach, I just want to regain some strength!
