    Valentines Day challenge!

    Hey everyone, I'm pretty new here but I thought I would give this a go.
    I am determined to lose 8lbs by February 14th for Valentines day.
    Just wondering if anyone else is up for the challenge?

    If you would like to take part, please reply with the following information.

    Age
    Location (you don't have to be too specific)

    For motivational purposes, I think the more friends we have taking part in this challenge the better, so if you are happy for VDC members to add you as a friend, please say "happy for VDC friend requests"
