Hello
I am new to this site, looking for some advice and encouragement. I am thinking about a recumbent exercise bike, as a treadmill is very painful to my feet and knees. Any advice? recommendations? Thanks so much

I used a recumbant bike (spelling is horrible I apologize) for a while when I first hurt my knee in a train derailment/crash in February. But if your knees hurt when you exercise you should go to a doctor and get their input as to what kind of exercise you should be doing, as every body is different so what works for one person may not work for another.0

I recommend yoga--if you are in pain--start with restorative yoga and work yourself up to different types of yoga. If it is just mild pain and not a major injury you could probably start with most any yoga practice that you find interesting.0

My big advice, and I feel like a broken record, is to make sure to eat high protein foods. Foods without protein don't keep you full. Protein=full. Hunger killed all my diets. I switched my lifestyle around. Look in my pics if you want to see my progress. Feel free to add. I'm always needing new friends.0
