Which restaurant do you choose?

Things to consider...

1.How healthy is it?
2. How quick will you get tired of it, variety?
3. It is something you can't replicate at home?

me, I'd chose the organic thai restaurant by my office.
I'd go there 5 days a week and there is a good amount of variety.

I choose Swiss Calet! It can be healthy.
I will never get sick of it.
I buy the Swiss Chalet sauce and put it on my chicken at home, but it's never the same.

While it may not be very "fancy" I would opt for the mongolian grill style restaurant here.

They have loads of options - tons of fresh veggies, and a soup and salad bar to change it up sometimes. Plus, they are licensed.

  • McDonalds.

They list their calories and it makes it easy for me to log.

There's a place called Buffalo Bills near my parents, I could eat there everyday, lots of variety and everything is fantastic. Last time I was there I had tequila chicken with jalapenos. Yumazing!

Golden Corral - they're a well-established national chain buffett and they're CLEAN! Good food, constantly adding new things for variety, have made-to-order themes, AND they have well-documented nutritional info. Even before I started my weight loss, I was a well-disciplined buffet eater; was about the variety and not about the "stuff my fat face to get my money's worth"!

I choose Chilli & Spice, the little Indian restaurant just a few minutes' walk from my apartment. Their lunch buffet changes daily and I can pick and choose to keep the calories down or go for broke with the really creamy palak paneer etc.

    Seasons 52.

Seasonally-inspired... menu changes weekly... nothing on their menu is over 475 calories. Love this place.

Taco Bell too. I know it's SO BAD for you and alot of people hate it but I love it. And I swear since I've started my new eating habits all I've wanted is a sack of Doritos Taco supremes. I'd go and get one if I thought that I could possibly stop at just one. I'd spiral out of control.

However, if it was free meals for life. I'd just save all the money I'd spend on food and put that toward an awesome gym membership and just run off all the calories and get to eat what I want.
