James Bond Themed Birthday Party

I need some input here...

We are going to a friend's suprise birthday party, and it is a James Bond theme, and the invitation says to dress as your favourite bond girl, bond villain, or simply wear a suit/tux.

It's in the middle of the month, and it is about -20 celcius here (on average for evenings), so, a cute bikini isn't going to cut it...

What would you wear?

    I'm thinking paris carver would be easy...prom type gown, dark short curled hair (from tomorrow never dies)

    I would wear a suit hehe but if you wish to be a bond girl then a long evening dress will do I'm sure
