Can you still have a night out & lose weight...

....before i went on hol last year, i was a party pooper and wouldn't go out as i knew how many calories are in alcohol and was trying to lose as much weight as possible.

Now, i get asked out every sat night & we do tend to have a good few drinks - would this really hammer my diet?

    No, just keep your drinks within your goals. If you find that you can't, exercise more during the day to make up for it.

    If you manage it right, you will be fine.
  • The fact that youre planning ahead is an amazing start! I usually stick to Vodka and tonics if I do drink. But minimal. As well as I drink plenty of water before I go out to have drinks with friends as well as have a meal just before I leave that i know is going to be healthy for me and make me feel full for the night.
