Recipes using brown rice??

I'm trying to incorporate brown rice into my meals and I have no idea how to prepare it and make it delicious. Does anyone have any recipes that they'd like to share? Thanks.

    HI, I eat brown rice every day. I usually have a 1/2 cup along with chicken and vegetables. I like to cook the rice in water seasoned with sodium free chicken broth powder to give it extra flavor. I also like making rice bowels with chicken, salsa, bell peppers, jalapenos and sometimes I make a stir fry with rice, chicken, and frozen stir fry mix veggies and add a little low sodium soy sauce or siracha hot sauce. Hopefully this gives you some ideas.

    great in place of white rice in fried rice- rice vinegar, chicken broth, and any other seasonings you think sound good.
    Also had success cooking it with ground turkey.
    alton brown's recipe for split pea veggie burgers is super easy and has brown rice, but with curry seasonings added,
    I totally can't tell.
    brown rice would also be good in curry.

    I basically cut up and cook a mixture of veggies without adding any oil (onions, bell peppers, zucchini, jalapenos, whatever really) when they're cooked I add in a can a low sodium beans (black beans, kidney beans, pinto beans, whatever) I add a little garlic and cayenne pepper to taste. Then I mix the veggie bean mixture with my cooked brown rice and enjoy. It hits all your macro-nutrients: high fiber, protein, carbs.
