Pop Pilates with Cassey Ho. She's fabulous and her workouts are awesome.
She has beginner workouts like this one:

and more advanced ones, too. Her Pop Pilates Abs series is short enough that you can do them one time to start and then progress from there.

All of her stuff is on YouTube, too =)

Less cardio and more resistance training would serve better if your main goal is "to look better naked"

Quote from another poster and link to the original post containing it below

    Cardio blurb:
Cardio is not a magic fat burner. It does not allow you to lose\keep off fat while gaining muscle. It burns calories like any other activity. If you are trying to lose fat you can do cardio or eat less food, either one. If you are trying to gain muscle, cardio will require that you eat more to gain it (along with hindering muscle recovery if overdone). As for general cardiovascular health, some would argue that it can be maintained just from hard and heavy barbell lifting. If you want to guarantee it, you can simply walk at ~3mph for 10-20 minutes twice per week.

Please please please read this - http://www.t-nation.com/readArticle.do?id=1305014

It is about what he calls "The Britney Spears Syndrome"

More ab workouts = bigger abs

Stop doing overkill on ab spot training. If you want you abs to show, eat less. Abs are made in the kitchen.

Doing full body workouts like Squats and Deadlifts will strengthen your core.

I do hanging leg lifts 5x10 once a week, and this is all the ab workout I do.
