I know you must he happy about your health now besides looking spectacular!! Let us know what you did... all from MFP? I know it took a lot of determination and hard work!!! Gives us all dreams of when we get to where we want to be. For me it helps since I have many health concerns as well!

    I never thought losing the weight would turn back the clock. Many of my before pics were taken 10 to 12 years ago and I look younger now than I did back then. I'll take that as a huge bonus and bank on it.
