Runners... Insoles for shoes?

Hey! I am just curious, what kind of insoles have you found are the best for running. I NEED to get some desperatly! Please let me know, thank you!!

    Hello! I wear Simply Feet, the pink ones. I can't recall the various versions, but they have been a godsend for my frequent runs. Good luck!

    I used to use Easton's. They are a hard plastic insole so they don't alter over time so you don't have to replace them as oftern.

    I would suggest getting your stride analyzed at a running store. That way you get the ones that are best for you.

    I really recommend going to a running store. They can check your arch and watch you walk barefoot to see how you pronate or not. Then you can get the inserts that are best for your foot. I run in a brand of Mizunos that for the first time I do not need an additional insert.

    I wear Mizunos and still use Super Feet, the pink ones. They're about $40 but last about 1 year.
