Weighing 190 at 5'6 - GW 150

So weight issues have always been apart of my life, unfortunately i have little will power when it comes to food. I currently weight 190 and 5'6 (wearing a size 12). Currently, I take the Herbalife Cookies and Cream shake, for lunch i try to have a salad, then dinner a shake (i drink the shake because i like the taste, not because i have to drink it). I work 72 hours a week with one day off so its very difficult to follow a plan when people are always bringing donuts, chips etc. i try to not eat any of it. Anyways i just started this week (Sunday) and i try to work out on the elliptical or arc trainer for atleast 45 minutes, with atleast 20-30 minutes of stregnth training (sit ups, bicep curls, burpees)
Any advice on things i should change, add, modify? i enjoy going to the gym, i suffer with food :ohwell: Anyone looking to help motivate me and each other is also welcome.

with the food I reccomend buying the smart one meals. They taste great, are low in calories, have plentiful selection, and are affordable. I take one with me to lunch everyday and with the different selections, I never grow bored of them. Also if you find yourself hungry in between meals, special K makes protein snack bars which are also affordable, low calorie, and taste amazing. Each snack bar is only 110 calories. I buy the chocolate peanut butter ones. they are about 3 dollars a box and you get 6 of them. The smart ones are about 2.20 - 2.50 each, which is still cheaper than the average person spends on lunch these days. It may seem like your spending alot as time goes on but just remember your health is worth it. It took me 10 yrs and a close call to realize that and im only 24 yrs old. Hope this helps.0
