Rice pudding

Ingredients

2 cups cooked rice (brown)
3 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon


Directions

Cook rice, milk, sugar and salt together on medium heat. When mixture boils, add vanilla and turn heat to simmer. Cook until milk is almost absorbed and add cinnamon.

Serving Size: Makes 6 1/2-cup servings

    Want to try something CRAZY! LOL

    I don't like rice pudding but made this for the wife and she said it tasted just like rice pudding...

    3 or 4 egg whites
    1/2 cup cooked white rice
    Teaspoon vanilla
    Teaspoon cinnamon
    And teaspoon Stevia or pack or 2 of splenda


    Whisk egg whites till foamy in microwave safe bowl
    Mix in rest of ingredients

    Microwave for 30 seconds take out and stir with spoon
    Repeat 2 more times for minute and half total cook time....

    Eat
