cross fit workout

I am trying to add today's workout to my exercise - but none of the things we did (pull-ups, skater lunges, kettle bell, plank-opposite-knee-to-elbow, squats) are in the data base? or is it operator error (likely!!!!) Thanks:grumble:

    Google the exercises and add them to MFP as custom. I've run into that problem as well. Good Luck!

    Look at Livestrong. Do you wear a Heart RateMonitor or pedometer? They helps calculate the calorie burn as well. I just visit as many sites as possible and come up with a number that makes sense. Not perfect, but it gets me there. How is Cross Fit for you? I'm terrified to give it a try.
