    Not real sure of an absolute favorite... But I do love to workout to is Country Girl (Shake it for me) by Luke Bryan, but I also love to workout to I gotta Feelin' by the Black Eyed Peas.

    Lifting I have no favorite in particular, there are over 275 songs on my playlist in Spotify that I listen to. Mostly rap and hip hop. I'm starting to think about listening to audio books instead to mix it up.... sometimes I grow bored of the music because I listen to it so often that I just keep my iPod in the locker.
