I am going on a little trip with my family over the weekend. Will be spending two nights at hotel/casinos and doing some shopping and family activities. Advice on how to stick to my calorie/workout plan please!! I just restarted my journey and taking time off is not an option!

I'm going out of town tomorrow and I'm nervous about that, too!!! I think I'm just going to bring my snack and breakfast food with me that isn't perishable (I'm going on a road trip so no baggage checking to be concerned about) and then when I get to my destination, I'll pick up some almond milk and yogurt. I'm visiting a friend so I'll probably eat out every evening, and my best advice for both of us is to just make the healthiest choices possible. Look for lean proteins and lots of veggies, and avoid the always-present giant bread basket every restaurant serves. Good luck with staying on track this week!!0

You can always go to the grocery store when you get to your destination and just make your meals in your hotel room. If your room has a fridge you have more options of food to make. I can never stay under my daily calorie goal when I eat at a restaurant.0

Thanks for the input. I am going to try and plan out the eating out meals and definitely taking advantage of the hotel gym, one is super nice. I also talked to my hubs, he's agreed if I stay on plan Fri and Sat, I can reward myself by going to the super nice spa and having a massage......I LOVE the spa so I hope this makes me work hard0
