    1 cup frozen mixed berries
    2 tbsp. frozen juice concentrate
1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
    2 tbsp. ground flaxseed meal

I usually only drink these after a workout and I make such small amounts because I don't have a blender, just a magic bullet and these measurements fit perfectly in the cup.

    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 frozen banana ( cut up and freeze night before)

Eas Lean 15 Protein Powder 2 scoops

    That's my favorite basic one

Once in while to switch it up I will add a cap full of coconut extract

    Hi all. :)
I have been on a smoothie kick. my favorite one so far is 2/3 cup of frozen blueberries, 1/4 large banana, 2/3 cup plain greek yogurt, and 1 tbls honey, and a little milk! I am wanting to put spinach in the mix, just for nutrition reasons. :) has anyone put spinach in their smoothie?? what is your favorite at home smoothie?? :)

I only make smoothies now if they have spinach in it. Check out eatingbirdfood.com and Britany has a recipe for the "Green Elvis". It is amazing. That is my go-to smoothie!

Thanks for the link, it has great recipes.

mine is bright green usually at the end,
2 cups Frozen mixed fruit my favourite is peach, honeydew, strawberrry, grape mix but field berries (starwberry, blueberry, blackberry) is good too, just cant taste the spinach at all with the mixed fruit, its greeat.
2 cups spinach (i usually go through one big bag [8ounces] a week)
    and one large banana
if i am eating this after my workout i might add hemp protein powder
i love it i eat it everyday but i am told i should mix it up more often. kale is way better for you though so if you can get the kale! im the only one who eats it so i dont get it often hhaaha but freezing sounds like a good idea
