Raynaud's disease.. Need some practical tips

I suffer from Raynaud's disease.. it gets worse in winters.. right now, my fingers are swollen (hand and feet) and i am not able to walk easily, let alone jog or run or do any exercise.. i try to keep myself warm, but its not helping.. i wonder whn wintrs will be over
does anyone face the same situation? are there anytips to make this situation better?

I suffer from this and i have to admit it has improved so much more since i increased how much food i was consuming. I was eating far too little before and barely any carbs.0
