Guilt Free Onion Rings!!!
I haven't made these in a while, but whipped them up tonight and rediscovered my love for them! They've been posted here before I'm sure, but thought I'd post again in case you missed it! They're worth a repeat!
1/4 cup Fiber One original cereal
1/4 cup Egg Beaters original
1/2 of a large onion
Preheat oven to 425*
Put the Fiber One in a food processor, (or coffee bean grinder) and grind until powdery
Cut up the onion into rings
Dip each ring into Egg Beaters until coated and the dip into Fiber One until coated
Lay them single layer on a cookie sheet and pop into the oven for about 10 minutes or until crispy!
92 calories!!! And this serving ,makes about 15 rings!
I love using it as a side for turky burgers!

I make them a lot! I also use zucchini and mushrooms. If I don't have egg beaters, I use low-cal Italian dressing or marinade.0
