Healthy Soup Ideas That I Can Batch Make ?

Hi ,

I made a yummy jamaican style cabbage soup last sunday , so i've had that most of the week for my lunch but looking for other soup ideas . The cabbage soup is so low calorie,no carb and very filling , so looking for something similiar .

Any ideas ?

Couple of tins of tomatoes, one stock cube, a ketlle full of water, a butternut squash (cubed), leeks and any other veggies that need using up. I add a bit of pearl barley and lean bacon for protein, and leave the whole thing 'chunky'. I often add herbs/spices too.
