100 PUSH UPS!
If this is your second (or more) time doing these, try to beat your previous # by 5 or 10! Be sure to brag when you’re done!
Great for your arms/core.

Super Challenge Option: The last time I posted 100 push-ups, my very good friend wrote to me, “I see your 100 push-ups and I raise you 100 squats and 100 sit-ups.” I said, “you’re crazy,” but I accepted. Basically, we did 10 push-ups (any kind still counts), rolled over and did 10 sit-ups (or crunches if you prefer), and then 10 squats. Repeat for a total of 10 sets.

I'm going to try the super challenge, I can do the squats and sit-ups it is just the push-ups that might get me.0

Hmm, tomorrow is pushup day but I might be able to rearrange. I do more than 100 squats most days, but I don't like/do situps though so will skip the superchallenge.0

100 squats done... 100 sit ups done.. did 150 push ups as i have to do them standing-up against a wall. fractured my thumb over a year ago and still have no strength in that hand so i did the extra 500
