I'm 31 will be 32 next month. I have to get out of the habit of eating like I'm still 23, the weight does not come off as fast, lol.

most of us are still on our first marriage, raising kids and trying to move forward in our careers... once we get divorced kick the kids out and finally decide to tell the boss to go &&&* himself, we are in our late 40's....
