Have you seen the new Discover It Card commercials?

If so, do you think the person calling and the person answering look the same? Are they the same person?

And seriously, what is up with that?

    I haven't seen them but I'm pretty sure they're supposed to be the same person. I heard one ad on the radio where a stereotypical military guy calls Discover customer service and gets himself on the phone.

    Weird. They look the same but more like siblings and not twins in the TV ads. I can't figure out what that is about aside from maybe our customer service people are just like you and not outsourced or something. It's odd.
