What do YOU use (out of curiosity): : white sugar, brown sugar or stevia/artificial sweeteners?

I'm veering away from reduced fat/non-fat/sugar-free items completely now (in my goal weight range & after researching I believe they contribute to extended hunger & weight gain) and I'd like to use unrefined sugars for things like coffee, oatmeal etc...in small quantities.

Anyone else do this & NOT have a problem?

I only use real sugar (white or brown depending on what I am having), or honey.

I use Truvia in my coffee. But I only have one cup a day and I don't add sugar to anything else I eat. Most of my sugars I get are natural from vegetables or fruit. Ever now and again I have a sugary treat like my coconut milk "ice cream."

Reached my initial weight loss goal a while ago.

I find the villification of any particular source of calories silly, sugar included.

Sugar is fine in moderation. In the context of a calorie controlled diet, all foods are in moderation (as long as you are actually meeting your calorie goals).

I only use regular sugar; not for any particular health reason, I just don't like most of the substitutes.
