Quick, Healthy Lunches for Work?

I need some help! I need quick but yummy and healthy ideas for lunches to take with me to work. I love salad but I like variety.
Has anyone found some recipes that work great for them?

    If you like salads and a variety, then make a "salad bar" at home. Get a bunch of containers and put in roasted corn, black olives, tomatoes, onions(mexican salad), baby corn, water chestnuts, mandarin oranges(chinese salad). Then, on the weekend, grill up 3 chicken breasts and cut them up. Season one with taco seasoning, one with soy and ginger, one plain. Toss those in with the veggies, grab some dressing and there you go. For mexican, use greek yogrut mixed with salsa, for asian, find a good lo cal sesame ginger and then use the plain one for a ceasar or garden salad with cucumber, carrots, tomato, etc. Maybe toss in some nuts as well. On the other days, do leftovers or make a huge pot of chili and package it in a bowl to take. Or do a baked potato with broccoli and some cheese.
