Healthy curried egg salad

I love curried egg salad, so I've made my own healthified version and it tastes just as good as the real thing!

4 hard boiled egg whites
1 hard boiled egg
5 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 cup 0% Fage greek yogurt
1 stalk celery, diced
a little diced red onion
curry powder

Chop up the eggs (I use the Slap Chop :laugh: ) and mix everything together. I just eat it from a big bowl but it probably is enough to make 2 sandwiches. I am so full after eating it I don't eat again for hours.

217 calories, 5 grams of fat, 7 carbs, and 26 awesome grams of protein!
