Hi All,
I'm new here, I'm trying to get fit rather than loose weight. I wonder if you can help.
I want to maintain my current weight, 90Kg's but loose the fat and replace it with muscle and mountain bike 3 times a week, but myfitnesspal has said I have to do 27 hours of riding to do this. Surely this can't be right, there'd be nothing left of me, plus I don't have the time.
Thank you for any help given.
Tony

Hmm. If you're looking to gain muscle, I'd recommend weight training instead of cardio0

Lose the bike and weight train instead.0

Hi,
Thanks for the advice. Is that the reason it's asking for so many hours because I don't have weight training in my plan.
Thanks again.
