I am in the DFW area of Texas and would like some supportive friends on here. Anybody is welcome although I am looking for some gals who are similar to me in weight and age.

    I joined for the 'new year, new start'. I live in Wales UK. So, if you don't mind having a Welshie as a friend, add me. Good luck.with the weight loss. I've logged on everyday and writing the food diary really helps, you see the calories mounting up.
