I don't want a flat non-existent behind- I have bigger thighs and it's bad enough that my breasts will be the first to go (maybe)- I don't want to be fat but I love my curves! PLEASE if any of you know good routines to lift the rear end and round it out please help me out......I know 100 lb squats will do the trick but I'm a newbie so I need exercises I can do now without passing out :frown:

What they said. ^^^
ETA: You don't have to do a 100lb squat to get a killer butt. I can't do a 100lb squat yet, but I've been working hard with lifting and my butt looks way better than it did a year ago. Start with what is heavy for you, progress as the weight gets easier, and be consistent with your diet and routine. That's how you'll get results.0 -
Yep, squats, deadlifts, lunges.0

Hey, you should check out Tone It Up on Youtube. Karena and Katrina have AWESOME workouts you can do. They have a lot of booty toning workouts. Their Malibooty work out will kick your behind (hehe). And they're fun too. Hope this helps0

I've never in my life even heard of a glute bridge or hip thrust so I'm learning a lot!

You don't need to do 100 pound squats...start with body weight squats. If those are good, try holding a 15-20 pound dumbell. I can squat 95 pounds after about 7 months of training (I need to work harder) but we all start somewhere!0 -
Exercises that activate each butt muscle :
MEDIUS - Jumping Jacks
MAXIMUS - Deep Lunges
MINIMUS - Squats0 -
