Hi Everyone,
I've been doing P90x for 8 weeks now, and feeling a little frustrated with the results. I'm struggling to lose a few pounds. I am currently 5'3", 125 pounds. I have been noticing my body feeling tighter, however, I still would like to let go of a few pounds. I've been eating between 1500-1800 calories per day, doing P90x doubles (which is an added cardio exercise 3 days per week), as well as biking a few days per week. Does anyone know what I could do lose some weight? Any advice is appreciated!!

Just remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so it may take a little while. The muscle is building under the fat layer and than it will burn off the fat. So don't get to discouraged if you cant tell right away, especially if you see the results on your body.0

If you are doing double you may want to eat even more as your body needs the fuel.0
