I bumped my goal down to at least 10lbs all together instead of 20
I also went from a 1500 calorie diet up to 1800 calorie diet
My weekly routine is 3-4 days a week doing
Taebo
Walking
P90x leg&back
P90x plyo
P90x shoulder & arm
I am currently 146lbs 5'6 & 19
My waist is 30 my hips are 39
Obviously I am also looking to tone up & lose a few inches
Since I changed up am I set up for success now?

Yep that is a very realistic weight loss goal. I'm around your height 5'5 3/4" and started out here at just under 150. I just hit day 100 and am down to 132 even with going very off track over Christmas and New Year.
I've been lifting heavy 3 times a weeks and doing various forms of cardio and pilates.
The most important thing though is to get your diet under control.
1800 for an active person your size doesn't sound unrealistic. You can always adjust it depending on your results0 -
A good weight loss on adverage - from everything I've been told - is anywhere from 1 to 2 lbs a week.0
