Need help for recovery after undereating

Hi, I have recently developped an eating disorder. Five months ago, I was eating 900 cals a day and running 45 mins 4 times a week, plus hot yoga 3 times a week. I am 5'10 and was 135 pounds back then, but always seemed to want to get thinner. Three months ago, I started eating 400-600 cals a day and walking about 20 mins a day (fast paste). I only ate things such as apples, low fat yogurt, raw veggies and fruits. I began to feel depressed, tired, cold and weak all the time. I dropped 25 pounds and am now 110, I want to start eating more but don't know where to begin. I have been eating 900-1200 a day and doing hot yoga everyday for the past week, and for some reason haven't pooped in over a 7 days (which is making me super bloated). I know this is not a recovery plan, but I have no appetite and feel guilty eating when i'm full. I want to gain weight but am afraid of getting fat at the same time, as stupid as it sounds. If anyone has meal plans, daily caloric intakes, or anything to support me through this, I would really appreciate it.
Thank you
Thank you

You need to contact a psychologist and a physician.0

You'll definitely be wanting a doctor's help here, you don't want some basement dweller on the internet telling you a whole bunch of made up crap. Talk to someone who reads the most current research for a living.0

This! Not being a jerk, but this is something that we aren't qualified to help you with. You need help - a physician, nutritionist, and a counselor. Eating disorders aren't a casual thing. Please seek help. You need to contact a psychologist and a physician.0

Oh definitely this.... people on here mean well, but I think at this point you truly need the advice of a professional and NOW... don't wait!0 -
See a doctor. Really. My grandmother was anorexic most of her life and it destroyed her brain and her body. And her relationship with her family.0

You need to stop fearing getting fat for a start, as that will be a huge hindrance to recovery. At 135 you were far from overweight or fat anyway. I am the same height as you, and I was 140 or so when I started dieting at 13, which progressed into anorexia, I am now 37, with a lot of wasted and lost years behind me, because it never goes away if you don't get a grip on it early on.
I suggest you turn your focus to getting as healthy and fit as you can, and for those, you need fuel/food.
Stop fearing feeling full, research as much as you can about recovery from eating disorders, specifically anorexia, so you know what to expect, and gradually increase your calorie intake until you are at a sensible amount.
Also, follow whatever guidance those involved in your medical care are giving you.
You will not get fat, if you continue to move about while increasing the amount of healthy, wholesome food you are eating.0
